how do you know you are eating back your calories? your diary is BLANK ! if you are full after your meal, you do not have to eat back calories. save it for the weekend when eating out with family or friends.

then dont eat anymore if you are full, you are FULL save the extra calories for the weekend when eating out with family and/or friends OR celebrating a birthday/holiday etc...

to overcome my binge eating at night. i have a big late meal around 8-9pm. i eat most of my carbs , protein and desserts. worked well for me for 3 years. i eat my breakfast around 10-11 mostly close to noon so its usually a brunch, hehe.
