All of this is good advice!! #1- the rule general rule of thumb for how much an average woman should weigh is 100 lbs for 5' + 5 lbs for every additional inch.. @ 5'7" you should be around 135 lbs, no less.....you don't really need to lose more than 10 lbs.....
