  • Yes, I do as well. I don't always give in, but mostly I do. I agree that if I do then it can only be in real low moderation. With all the other foods that already have sugar in them, its a hard task!
  • I am having similar issue/challenge as well. It seems sugar is the culprit, and many items have kinda high sugar content and lower carbs or calorie count. This is challenging without just cutting sugar all together. I would be interested in the feedback from others as well. Ugh!
  • I love the greek and meditterian foods, like shawrma, fattosh salad, hommus etc. Not sure if its low cal but its very good, here there is LaShish or Grape Leaves. Maybe try to find something similar in your area.
  • its good to know others feel the same, I just started this calorie counting thing and I don't know if its worth while, but I will continue until I see results. So just hang in there. Victory is yours!
  • maybe ask the dining and housing director or staff about providing more healthy choices. Most Universities do have a dining hall with cafeteria style.
