Order the food without the tortia or rice...Beans are fine as they are a slow buring protein but you want to limit them as they are high calorie also. I love mexican food and eat it regularly...no tortia and plenty of vegetables. Try to encourage them to go easy on the cheese and limit the oil when cooking.

Dont be afraid to use resistence for ab training. They are just like any other muscle and can be trained heavey. Also women should not eb afraid of weight training at all. What are your macro Nurtient %'s? I would reccomend something along the line of 30% Carbs/45% protein/25% fats....The protein and fats will leave you more satiated(full for longer). getting hungry every two hours is about right. And yess you should eb eating more food if you are eating the right things. I will eat anywhere…

Protein is the most important of the nutrients you eat...The reccomended daily allowence is well below what I would consider healthy. When trying to lose weight you should be eating mostly protein with dietary fats and minimize carbs.

According to BMI I am oveweight at a 26.1....I'm 185lbs and 8-9% bodyfat. Not by any stretch would you consider me fat. bodyfat % is a better indicator to see if you are above or below average. By that standard I am at the low end of average ofr my age.

This depends on what your goals are...In my opinion it is never good to reduce protein to sub optimal levels as that would force your body to canabilize Lean Body Mass for energy. I don't believe you will get the same results as carb cycling since your body can use carbs, protein, or fat for energy but only protein is used…
