Thanks for the tips! I've definitely been trying to up my protein, especially at breakfast. If I don't have a high protein breakfast, I usually feel very sluggish until lunch. When I realized I was dangerously close to being back at my highest weight. Realizing jeans I wore 2 years ago don't fit over my hips anymore. I've tried tons of times before, but this time I'm serious!

I've watched that show a lot, and let me tell you, I have some major respect for those women (and men!) Stockpiling their house for pennies? Amazing. I don't think I could ever get THAT into it, but once I get my own house and need to do my own grocery shopping... you best believe coupons are going to be my best friend!!

I know this doesn't answer your initial question.. but only 636 calories between breakfast, lunch, AND dinner? You don't have to starve yourself. :) There are MANY healthy choices for snacks. Try to incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet. Just remember it doesn't happen overnight - its an ongoing process :)

Haha, you're right - my body does need more fuel, for sure. I upped my calorie limit and hopefully that will help. And to wannabeskinny73 - yep, I eat breakfast every morning before my walk. I like to think so, yes. Usually try to get a good amount of protein in - eggs, peanut butter oatmeal, etc. And thanks for the advice sweetzoejane. I'll switch my goal to 1/2lb per week and see how that helps. :)

I've had that problem as well, and still do to an extent. I've been told though that your body does gradually adjust and the frequent potty visits do decrease!
