And THAT is why i I don't even eat clean which I attempted once but didn't last long-as a college girl, it takes a lot to do the little things you normally do in a routine and have to prep meals twice a week due to being stucK on campus all darn day and not wanting to being able to afford eating out…

I agree but I can handle the calories as I drink like MAYBE 2-4 times if that a month so when I do I will drink more than I probably should and I make account for the calories in my budget for total calories a day but I am more concerned about metabolism being slower than it SHOULD BE. :) Alcohol will slow your metabolism…
