gum so helps that and tootsie midgets..you can pop 10 and feel like you stuffed your mouth and your done popping stuff in your mouth so its low calorie too….how about not buying the granola bars or pop tarts I love those and i don't ever get them ever-but man when i pass them at the grocery store breakfast/snack isle I eye…

I can second this without making it…even with the full fat cream cheese which i would prefer over the fat free..if anything at least 1/3 fat cream cheese, fat free is nothing but a chemical s*&^% storm with a gross after taste >.< Give me real cheese cake :)

Second that as well as the 3rd -consistecy even with me at my "acceptable" current weight since i was injured stopped for a month of working out i had a slight increase. I also stopped weighing so i could work on my strength- i like it so far..
