  • Home, since it's a life style change and I'm not going to go to the gym for the rest of my life, I pick free things to do. Plus, healthier food cost way more money so spend your money at the store and not the gym.
  • I talked to my doctor about what my calorie intake should be instead of just using 1200. Good thing I did because he told me for my weight, 1400 calories would be my minimum, which will be adjusted as I lose weight. It is different for everyone and it takes time.

  • I've only logged it once. I told my teenager to clean his room and I ended up in there for over 6 hours taking everything out and scrubbing the entire room, including the closet. This was outside of my normal activity and I logged 60 minutes. If it is a normal activity then you shouldn't include it.
