Yup! I get hungry. I make sure I eat soon after leaving the gym.

Something carby - if morning fruit or half a bagel. In the evening whatever I have on my meal plan that day with at least 30g of carbs. Weather it's morn or eve I alway have coffe as well.

This is four months of stronglifts with very little cardio. Pretty much 40mins of cardio a week. And I am super sedentary.
