Thank u Jaine. I am yet to try it. I walk for 45 min everyday in the morning and evening but wanted to walk night too.i will just give it a go and see what happens.

I started my journey towards the happy body today. I was too lazy to even think about weight loss. When browsing i came to know about this site and just stopped searching for the motivations and started today. Hope i will stick to my plan. I am just going to plan and tackle each day .
