Hi, I second the Tesco double concentrated, think they are 2 calories per serving, which is a 250ml glass made up as per the bottle instructions of course. I hate the taste of water on its on and have been drinking these so far as a low calorie alternative :-)

Thank you for the reply. I know you are probably right, and it is sound advice because I would really hate to ruin everything because I feel so hungry. Some days I think that I shouldn't be quite so harsh with the calories but at the same time think that I'm just trying to convince myself of this so I can eat more! :-)…
