I agree with this. As a person who's had an eating disorder in the past, I would advise you to get help: it doesn't show weakness, it shows you have the strength to face your problems.

I would be very interested. At my highest weight I was 242 pounds. I am now 204. I have lost and regained weight many times, but this time I'm seeing a therapist and he's helping with my emotional eating.

I usually eat something healthy (usually fruit or greek yogurt) before going so that I'm not so hungry when I get there. :)
