I used to drink 16 oz. of water first thing in the morning. Several months ago I upped it to 32 oz. and I love it. I don't chug it at once but try to get it all down within 5 minutes or so. I don't have the bowel movement thing going on with the water but I can tell a big difference in how it makes me feel. I feel very…

Really hard to say, just have to do some experimenting. Sometimes you can get nauseated from not enough food in your stomach, and on the other hand you could eat a little more yet still feel nauseated if you were to maybe do squats a little while afterwards. Doing squats after a heavy meal has caused me problems in the…

I drink around 1.5 gallons a day mainly because I don't personally feel it's too much and I'd rather have a little too much than not enough. I've been doing it for probably 6-8 years now and it's just become a habit and is very easy to accomplish. As far as sodium levels go, I feel we all probably get too much sodium in…

If you're considering skim milk for the sake of keeping your calories low, you might wanna check this out first. If you knew how skim milk was processed you probably would never even think about consuming it. http://butterbeliever.com/fat-free-dairy-skim-milk-secrets/

I drink one (sometimes 2) cup of coffee everyday, sweetened with goat milk, raw money and maybe a little bit of green leaf stevia powder. I also drink at least one gallon of water daily, with 32 oz. of that first thing in the morning. As far as supplementation goes, I consume a few different things daily but my favorite is…

I've read good arguments both for and against eating breakfast. If you ask 10 different supposed experts on a particular health topic you are going to get 10 different opinions most likely. I've personally found it's all about trial and error, experimenting yourself and finding out what does or doesn't work for YOU. You…

That's what it states. Honestly I'm not sure how to prove or disprove this specifically. I think a human body works best on foods eaten as close to nature intended as possible. But with the capabilities of the human body maybe it can still find a way to use the proteins, who knows.

I guess if the force is strong with you, then you can tolerate just about anything

I would definitely consider that weird! haha I'd be weirded out if someone did that to me. I was on a date one time with a girl. We went to the movie theater. Evidently she was the type to put her feet up against the seat in front of her. Well, someone had sat down in the seat in front of her. She "politely" said something…
