I do have a play station. I have been wanting to try the dance dance revolution and see if it works...I think I will...thanks for the suggestion And I think I will get some videos to help me out as well.... Thanks for everyones help

:grumble: Hello everyone, I am new to this site....I need help on what kind of exercises I can do at home. I do not have a machine of any kind. I am unable to join a gym or jazzwercise class. I do walk everyday for about 30 to 45 minutes, but that is just not cutting it....any suggestions?
