Sarah - so glad that you got the hives figured out. I also went to the doctor yesterday after being sick for a week. I also am cleaning my house today - it is in such a mess. I only got on my treadmill once this week.

Ok Monday I did my 30 minutes and got my 8 glasses of water in Tuesday I got my 8 glasses of water in Wednesday 3 more glasses of water to get my 8 in, will try and get something done on my treadmill ( just feeling really bad from this cold or whatever it is) Will try and post it tomorrow.

My weight today is 211.5 - I am so excited to be going down again. When I weighed in on Monday I was 215.5. Three complete days on The 17 Day Diet on Cycle 1 and I am moving down. I have completed all three cycles and really messed up on Cycle 3, so happy to be back on Cycle 1. I don't believe that I will reach my goal…

My weigh in for today is 215.5 As some of you know I am doing The 17 Day Diet. My total weight loss from C1 and C2 was 18.5 pounds and 14.5 inches gone. I forgot to post my weight yesterday - here it is 216.0 - the same as last week. The weekend was rough with the birthday celebrations. I even made all my foods fat free. So excited to see how all of us did this week with weigh in. I have added sit-ups to my workout and have increased my workout on my treadmill. Welcome to the group Soni and Ampjorgensen. I had a good weekend, but was still surprised when I got on the scale this morning. I still have to get my workout in which I will do when I am finished with this post. I am hoping and praying that everyone has a good weigh in this morning.
