  • Totally agree on the Polar! I've had mine for three months now and don't know what I did without it!. And it's so good for you to see how many calories you burn - I think we all feel like we burn more than we actually do.
  • I'm a SAHM as well and yes, log all those little bites. They add up, and is what makes my scale not move downward. After tracking calories, I finally see how much "senseless" eating I do throughout the day!
  • Eat more protein - through in a healthy, good protein shake...should fill you up and keep you full longer.
