Truth some body builders have an index of 44+ so.. by bmi standard its obese.. any ppl exercising above the norm will not fit into that standard because of muscle mass. BMI works for couch potatoes thats about it

my pressure cleaner has an attachment dispensing soap. then I rinse let dry and wax the frame ( sweat comes off much easier at the end of a ride. Lube everything and I am done for the week
