My diary is open so feel free to check it out :). I don't really do "diet foods" specifically.... I just focus on getting a healthy diet and if I'm craving something, I'll usually make it fit

Lol I've heard that one before. I've met people who seriously thought that using coconut oil on my face contributed to me gaining weight.

I constantly get people telling me that once I lose a bit more weight, I won't be diabetic anymore. I wish, but I've been diabetic since I was 2 lol. There are different kinds. Oh and my coworkers new diet...you aren't supposed to eat fat and carbs at the same time, otherwise you can't lose weight :/

Well safe to say I'm fat and I don't have cellulite. I also lift weights and eat a nutritious diet, rarely any fast food, and I drink a lot of water, I don't smoke, or drink much alcohol. That being said, most women do have cellulite, so I wouldn't worry too much.

Do you have a Rietmans near you? Their workout clothes are pretty good. So is Victorias Secret, and if you're a 12+, Addition Elle has some pretty good stuff.

That's sort of their thing. That being said, the woman really shouldn't have said anything. I mean, I walked into their store before at a size 16/18 and never received that kind of treatment.

Yup. My parents own a restaurant, so it's worse because it's all free food lol. I've learned to bring my own food, and split my healthy portions, because even the healthy foods are ginormously portioned.

I agree with your points, but can we please differentiate between type one and type 2 diabetes. I'm surprisingly annoyed by how many people lately don't understand the difference and tell me my type one diabetes will be cured :/.

When I was in shape a few years ago, I could do 12-15 reps at 185 lbs and about 6-8 pull ups. Now I squat 90 lbs and can't do a pull up to save my life :/

You're not accurately logging. Your mashed potatoes for example are actually double the calories you logged. Plus what's with all the quick add calories? Are you sure that's accurate? And 6 cookies definitely have more than 212 calories...

I actually take progress pictures every month. Sometimes when I look in the mirror, I don't see a difference, but when I compare my pictures, there's a drastic difference, which is motivating.

Same here. It usually ends up though that I have one day a week or once every 2 weeks where is go over by 100-200 calories through . If I'm feel like eatnng something, I'll eat it and work around it

High fibre/high protein foods. Take a look at my diary if you need ideas....although I'm on 2000 calories a day, I think I have a lot of foods you could incorporate into your diet.

6 feet here. At my biggest, I was 325 lbs and a size 18/20. trying to get back down to 165 lbs....at that time I was a size 6. Currently I'm 270 lbs and a size 14...I think I'm built more dense than a lot of people though lol

Did you eat the bar within an our of taking your insulin/medication? I find that the high fibre actually slows down my insulin release when I take my insulin close to eating the bar.
