  • I joined about 2 months ago and tracked for one or two days. I did gain back almost all the weight I lost last spring /summer 2012. So I'm going to track my food and keep an eye on my exercise. I've lost and gained 100's over my life. So here goes again. I'm out to lose 5 at a time until my self loathing fades again.
