  • That is amazing...You probably had a lot of lactic acid build up in your legs and that is one reason why they ache so much, I have has similar issues after long hikes and runs...They best thing to do is move and rub them. It was the last think that i wanted to do but the best thing to do.

  • Thank you all for thoughts. When i ride my road bike on my indoor trainer I use a garmin HRM that is hooked up to mapmyride its telling me that i burn 1200 calories for 1hr or so ride and BMF tells me i burn like 300. That is what i was asking about
