excellent results, 7 lbs in a week - great motivator... careful u are not losing lean mass. Normally maximum is 2lbs fat loss and anything over that is muscle loss (normally). i would expect that your weight loss tapers off at closer to 2lbs per week after the first few weeks, dont get demotivated if this happens its about…
