Bourbon/Whiskey ... small batch... dont drink more, drink better quality :) I like Knob Creek and the like for Bourbon - not too pricey, but you can drink straight, or with Diet Coke or whatever... I dont like mixing with soda..or anything.. neat or on the rocks (if I am out and want my drink to last).

Hello, I do about 1 hour on elliptical with high resistance (about 6 miles) - and feel it after that, but...if I add 30+ minutes of jogging to that.... I definately have it.... it really mellows me out man... LOL

If you know you are going to burn that much, add something to each Meal/snack. Add 100-200 and 100 to snacks. Be smart and eat complex carbs and protein.... Raw nuts/un salted are a quick way to get calories/ protein and healthy fats..... But limit yourself on them.... I think everyone in the thread agrees.... Eat.....…
