I forgot to add some food to my journal, when I added it today, I went over my budgeted calories, very sad for this wonderful challenge keeps me in line, but I will continue on my own for this month, see you next month.

February 5th Did I exercise for 20+ minutes? Yes! Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes! Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes! This is the closest I've come to by budgeted calories. I'm still within the budget though so I'm happy.

Door #1 for me. I noticed that I added greek yogurt to my diet and I LOVE the sugar in it. It makes me crave a second one. Calorie wise I can have a second, but sugar wise I shouldn't. So I will follow the sugar guidelines for this challenge. I think this is just what I need to keep away the sugar cravings.
