I am missing the show as well due to storm coverage. I am going to watch it online. I have done it before if I couldn't see the show. Usually on Xfinity the next day or NBC.com in a day or two.

Just wanted to add, MFP does take into account your height, weight, etc for calories burned. My financee is 30 pounds lighter and 8 inches shorter than me, we both run 3 miles and MFP says I burn about 200 more than she did. No its perfect but works pretty good I think.

I actually lost 100 pounds in roughly a year (~320 to ~220) doing a half hour of weight lifting 3 or 4 times a week and a 40 minute workout DVD 2 or 3 times a week. I was averaging 1600 to 2000 calories a day. Just watching what I ate, not over eating and making healthy choices. Low fat, low carb, low calorie etc. I still…

I take protein powder mixed with water, it is a little odd but not too bad. Not sure if ice would make it much better.
