Have to skip today. Have a head cold with a bad sinus headache. Going to bed can barely see straight. Hoping I feel better tomorrow. Really hate skipping but I think the rest is better so I can breathe and not have a pounding headache. Sarah

I took Friday as a rest day from Jillian but did laundry and cleaned the house. I did day 4 yesterday. I have a birthday party this afternoon but I plan to do 30ds after I get home. I gained a little bit this week but lose 2 1/4 inches so I think this is still good. congrats Jacquelyn913

Day 3 done this afternoon then I had a PTO meeting tonight. I felt the burn with every stair a climbed today but I know that this a Nice burn and that my body is slowly changing. I am glad I start this because it is Girl Scout cookie time and my daughter is selling them.

I finish the workout and my 2 daughters did it with me. Although I only have 2 sets of hand weight my youngest decided to make her own out of paper and made her own "Jillian jump rope" made for ripe up paper glued together. I am down another 0.5 lbs making me 141.3. So glad because besides the cleaning of the house the past 2 days the only workouts I got was the weekly challenge. Sarah

I am 141.8 that is a 1.5 lb loss I am out of my funk. Yeah me now just to keep it up. Goals this week for me is drink 8 glasses of water and workout everyday in some way.

After a 2 week of no loss or gain, I have a gain this week. I am up 0.9 lbs. So I am 143.3 lbs. I am not liking the way the scale is going. I had no change in weight this week. I am glad with the no gain, I was expecting a gain from the bad week and TOM. Now to just get back to the workouts everyday. I seriously need a kick in the butt.
