Welcome Tammy and Jayne . I will be posting my weight tom. then I am going on vacation Sun Aug 28th to Sept 4th. I am hoping to still log on while I'm down in Disney and my workouts will be walking around the park all day. Hoping to get down there on Sunday but the hurricane may have us delayed. Had a couples massage today and Chinese for lunch. I didn't go over board though. May try and get in a workout. This week is going to be busy getting ready to go on vacation so I may just relax tonight and start again tom.

Down 0.5 this week. So 147.5. Glad that it was a lost and it is TOM which is even better because since joining Mfp I have always gained the week of TOM. Hoping to keep it up for next week because the week after I am in Disney with the family.

I change my goal weight for this challenge to 130. The 120-125 is my ultimate goal. I did let the head captain know. Just walking today no workout because i am sore and tired my birthday and my daughter birthday in less than a week was a killer

Today was my daughter's 4th birthday party and i stayed within my cals yeah me. I did EA Sports workout tonight to (day 8 of 30 day challenge). Hope everyone is well.

My weigh in today was a 1 lb gain (148 lbs). I think my birthday was the factor. Today was super workout day for me. I was really motivated today. I did the Dance class and a walk around the track (1.25 miles). Then I went to my mom's for my birthday lunch and a walk (2.5 miles) after. When I got home after dinner I did EA Sports workout. Hopefully this will show a nice number on the scale tom.

Didn't get in a gym workout but I had to go party shopping for my daughters 4th birthday party next weekend over 3 hours and 4 stores later. I put down 2 hours of walking what a workout both mental and physical.

I am trying to drink just water with one soda for the next couple of day to get use to drink more. The dr said to try and cut out sugar or sweetened drinks. I don't drink coffee so I drink one soda. I think this weekend was kinda a slacking in the exercise did was i could. This also means I went over in cals this weekend. My husband and I have a couples massage so I don't think much exercising will be done tom other than walking. Hoping to get in at least 30 mins.

I was able to go shopping today and walked around for an hour. That was my cardio for the day. I got home and now both the girls have fevers. 100.6 and 103.4. So hoping that they get extra sleep tonight to help. Maybe we might have to skip a kids birthday party tom.
