I agree with the previous poster.. talk w/ your coach about becoming a distributor to get a discount and doing the "HAP orders" as well. Do you have a warehouse near you or are you shipping the products to you?

I also advocate for the crockpot in the warmer months.. I've heard of people plugging them in their garage or outside on the deck to avoid the heat of anything (although it isn't much).

I use my F1 & PDM containers for my daughters "littlest pet shop" & "zoobles" toys... we have 6 full right now! I also like to use them for hair supply containers; barretts, ponys, ect... I like the idea of reusing the tea containers for shake mix... I just finished one this am and I will be sure to keep it!

** I love the orange.. I add 2 scoops orange F1, 3 caps mango aloe, 1/2 tsp green tea (can't taste it!), & 2 scoops Vanilla PDM--it's so good. This by far is my favorite shake when I'm using the shaker cup! I've ordered 4 canisters so far and plan on getting at least 2 more to get me through the summer. :drinker:

You should be following the meal plan /protein estimator from you coach to get your cals... I go by the the plan says for me, not so much this site.

Work with the person selling you the products to find the fix for you.. It may take a few adjustments but hopefully you'll find what makes this program work for you.
