Cool! I also do two runs in a row on Sat/Sun as I do not have much time during the workdays... I, in fact, found W4D1 pretty easy and even did another 3 minute portion at the end just for fun! W4D2 tomorrow for me.

Wow, you are fast! My running pace is 11:00 and overall is 13:00. I usually run at 10 min/mile - hopefully I'll get there soon!

I've been running for several years now and it still amazes me how much energy running gives to you. I remember days when I come home after a long and tiring day at work thinking "well, maybe I'll skip it tonight?" And then I still go running and in an hour I am a different person - energized and happy! :)

Hi everyone! I was a runner, but had a long break and try to get back in shape! Use c25k twice, both times worked like magic :) So, I registered for a 5k on March 25th :) Week 1 day 2 is done.

I love running, but want to add strength training. Not sure where to start. Just do an abs/core class once a week for now and sore after almost every class...
