Hello Cara, I used to live in Sydney. I coached Figure Skating over there in 1985. I am working on losing 20 pounds. I just started yesterday and I love it. My friend at work told me about this site. I think it's terrific. I wish I would have known about this site sooner. Cheers, Vikki
