I'm not tech savvy enough to help with the video so hopefully someone else can do that for you, but I'm also an early morning riser/exerciser so adding you so we can help each other out. :)

I'd suggest hummus.

I've been vegan for about nine months now and my diary is open, feel free to add me. :)

Hi everyone! I just joined the group and am relatively new to MFP as well. I've been vegan for a little over eight months now, I made the jump from pretty much full-on omnivore, I just cut things out one by one so as not to shock my system too much. Eight months later and I feel great and am loving the changes in my…

Did ab intervals this morning… I agree that the sweat and burn wasn't quite as much but I still feel like I pushed pretty hard! I can feel it in my lower abs the most right now.

I've been vegan for a little less than a year, feel free to add me.

My personal loose definition of processed foods is pretty much anything that comes in a package and contains artificial flavor, color, or other kinds of chemical additives and preservatives. I generally avoid them as much as possible, but by no means have I completely cut them all out. Just today I snacked on some Earth…

I did day 3 of T25, Total Body Circuit. I'm thinking I might do something low impact this evening, maybe Jillian's Yoga Meltdown.
-
Thanks, everyone. I'll look into some cross trainers.

Thanks for this! I just finished day 2 and feel great, I love Speed 1.0. Sometimes I catch myself feeling crappy about having to modify occasionally, but then I remember that the fact that I'm even doing this is huge and snap out of it, haha.
-
I did day one today also! Feels great.

I love tofu but only eat it once a week or so, don't want to go crazy on the soy. Quinoa is a great one! It's so easy to make, even easier than rice (I think) and you can throw anything you want in there to flavor it. It's a super fast, easy side or you can even make it a meal with some veggies and beans and chopped…

I make a green smoothie nearly every day, usually as a snack between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner. My liquid of choice is usually coconut water: you get added flavor with far fewer calories than something like orange juice, for example. I use about three cups of baby spinach, or sometimes kale if I happen to…

Day 1 done today! Feels great, I'm really excited about this program.
-
I just started Ripped in 30… have done two days so far and tomorrow will be day 3. Feel free to add me anyone, it's always nice to have friends going through the same programs!
-
I'm starting tomorrow as well. Feel free to add me if you want, it would be nice to be on the same schedule as someone! :)

I started at 185 and am now 179.5. My first goal is 150… I never weighed myself as a teenager and have always been overweight as an adult, so I really don't know what my body will look like as it starts getting slimmer. I do have a medium build and, luckily, carry my weight well so people tend to think I'm lighter than I…

I know you're asking for vegetarian and not vegan, but regardless I highly recommend any of Isa Chandra Moskowitz's books: Vegan with a Vengeance, Isa Does It, and Veganomicon are all fantastic and full of healthy and easy meal ideas. You can always use real dairy milk or cheese in the recipes if you like, but they're a…

I love green smoothies, I have one pretty consistently every day either between breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner to tide me over and get some extra nutrition into my day. What and how much I use depends on whether I'm making just one for myself, or a bigger batch for my boyfriend and I, but these are some of the…

Right now I'm at 181 pounds, and my goal is to be at 150 by the beginning of June. I've never been that small as an adult so have no idea what I'll look like or how I'll feel or how much more I'll want to lose, so I figured I would give myself a short term realistic goal and then reassess! Starting T25 on Monday, so…

I'm planning on doing T25 and Jillian Michaels's Ripped in 30 simultaneously… I figure they're both really short so I should be able to do them together.
-
I won't be following the nutrition guide as I already eat clean and vegan, but nonetheness I'm excited to get started! I'll be starting a week from today.
-
Great job everyone! Sorry I've been MIA, home for the holiday until Wednesday. How's everyone keeping up with the shred?
-
I just finished it yesterday - didn't see much in the way of weight loss, but I did lose about 9 inches total over my body.
-
Congrats y'all for pushing through!
-
Burpees are my absolute least favorite.

I'll be starting T25 on Monday the 30th (going home for a week for Christmas so decided to hold off on "officially" starting until I get back), but I would love to have some buddies for motivation and support! I've done a few of the workouts, definitely tough. I'm trying to lose between 30-40 pounds by the summer, so I'm…

DONE! Just did day 30. Hooray! I can't lie, I kind of half-assed it today… I'm feeling the T25 workouts and I think I was just getting a bit bored with the shred. Perfect timing! I'll post my final stats when I take measurements tomorrow. Good work everyone!

I would like to be at 150lbs by the time I go visit my family in July 2014… currently at 181.5. At that point, I'll reevaluate and figure out my "final" goal weight. My short term goals are to complete T25 (starting on 12/30) and hopefully lose 10 pounds, to continue being as diligent as possible about counting my calories…

Thank you!
