Totally gonna order some of these, I'm late to the Quest bar game and am just getting into them!

I love Fabletics, and also Old Navy's athletic apparel has been great!

Ice cream for me, for sure. Also salty stuff like chips or Smartfood popcorn. And carbs. And Oreos.

I'm a coach, but don't shove things down people's throats and also don't promote the 3 Day Refresh--I just don't think you need to "cleanse" as our bodies do that naturally. I did it once myself, lost a few pounds and it was fine, but I don't feel a need to do it again. Beachbody's workout programs are solid, but I would…

Hmm okay. Thanks everyone!

I'm not doing the entire program start to finish, but I do have it and throw it into my routines from time to time. Let me know if you'd like to connect. :)

It kills me too! I LOVE nuts, especially the really fatty kinds like cashews and walnuts. Ah well. I try not to splurge on them daily, so that when I do enjoy them, like I did tonight in my cashew cream sauce, it's worth it. :)

A week and a half is not enough time to give yourself to see results--as others mentioned, what is your nutrition like? Also, you sometimes retain water when starting a new exercise program because of your muscles trying to protect and repair themselves. This can take a few weeks to fully dissipate.

You could try T25 or the new Insanity Max 30 that's coming out in December, but if you aren't a big Insanity fan those might not be the best choices--is it the workout itself or Shaun T that you don't like? You also could definitely try upping the weight on your gloves for Turbo!

There are so many different programs that it's hard to really suggest one without knowing more about you if you're willing to share--what are your goals? What kinds of workouts do you enjoy or is there anything you really dislike? TurboFire and P90X are both great programs but they're very different. :)

I'm a big fan of the Oh She Glows cookbook that came out recently!
-
You can definitely do other workouts! But don't count out the Fix workouts, I personally love them and you can always up the intensity to whatever level is appropriate for your own fitness. I know a lot of people that batch cook their meat, chicken for example and shred it and keep it in the fridge to use on salads and in…

I've done it once through and am hybriding it with another program now. :)

I think it really depends--I did it mostly on its own (occasionally I would do an extra workout if I felt like doing doubles, but I didn't follow a doubles schedule or anything) and lost 8 pounds over the 8 weeks.. which doesn't sound like a lot, but two of those weeks I was also on vacation so not being as strict with my…

I would personally go for P90X3, it's an awesome combination of strength and cardio.
-
Hey I'm sorry for the delayed response, I'm not on here often anymore. The second time I did it I had a really hard time with feeling weak and headachey, but the first time I was totally fine. I think it was maybe because the second time I was doing it right after a vacation so my body was in total cheat mode.
-
It definitely burns more than moderate walking, plus you get the benefit of cardio, strength and flexibility training rolled into one workout. I'm about to finish the program, tomorrow will be my last day, and I have LOVED it. I'm a total beginner to Pilates and yoga but I thought the program was doable but challenging,…
-
Have you considered P90X3 by any chance? The workouts are only 30 minutes, so not all that much longer than T25, but you get a bigger range of workouts, in my opinion. I started with T25 and I will always love Shaun T, but I do find that I get better results when I do programs that have more of a combination of cardio and…

Hip Hop Abs or Rockin' Body!
-
Sorry for the delayed response ladies! The group is on Facebook. I'll send you both a message about how to find it! :)
-
Maybe check out T25? It's short in length just like 30 Day Shred but a bit more intense so you may see some better results. I did the shred first and didn't lose much, and then did T25 and lost ten pounds.
-
I don't think P90X3 is easy at all, it's quite challenging and if you aren't being challenged, you can always go get heavier weights. I think it would be a great program for your goals and time constraints. :) Brazil Butt Lift is good but the trainer is kind of goofy and I have a hard time getting past it to be honest haha.

I'm not an expert on this topic by any means, but I just wanted to throw it out there that I have the Bowflex SelectTech adjustable dumbbells and I really love them. They don't take up a lot of space and they allow you to move relatively quickly between different weights for different exercises. I invested in them to use…

Personally I would go with PiYo first because the flexibility training can go a long way toward relieving some back issues, although I don't mean to presume that I know what yours is of course! Honestly, I love, love, love PiYo. T25 was the first program I completed all the way through and so it does have kind of a special…
-
Do you have the deluxe version with the strength workouts and slides? I burn so many calories doing PiYo, you have to give it more than three days.
-
I did two PiYo workouts and burned 700 calories the other day, it's so crazy to me that people say it isn't enough of a calorie burn! Anyway, lots of people really love TurboFire and have been creating hybrid programs so I think it would be a great combination!
-
I don't think you'll find an accurate equivalent in the database, to be honest. PiYo burns a lot more calories than either Pilates or yoga because you're constantly moving. Pilates will probably be closer, but you'll still probably get a vast underestimate.
-
That's awesome, congrats! I finished with a 3.6 pound loss as well :)
-
Congrats girl! So happy for you :)

I started it on Monday and am loving it!
