A lot of people really love Les Mills, and if you like the kickboxing style workouts, it seems like that might be the way to go! I'm currently doing PiYo and I LOVE it. I also hated yoga and pilates but this is nowhere near as boring, as you say. It's fast paced and I sweat like crazy. But if you know what you like and…

thank you :)

It's meant to be user friendly to people who have never done either yoga or Pilates before, so the first few weeks do seem a little easy for those of us who have been consistently working out and are even marginally familiar with the practices. I was a little disappointed at first, but I'm just trying to trust the process…

I'm a week into the program but would be happy to buddy up for motivation! I have a Facebook group of about 15 people starting different programs on the 7th as well that you're welcome to join if you'd like!

I think it's definitely easier on the knees. I completed T25 and then went to Insanity and I was only able to complete the first month because I had such bad knee pain in my right knee. Of course, some of that I'm sure is due to form so I don't mean to put all the blame on the program, but the intensity of the plyometrics…

I did ask on the Beachbody site. And yeah, I don't know where your coach saw that but that sounds a little insane. Most of the results I've seen have been around 3-5 pounds.
-
Right… that's what I said. "BB clients" aka customers of Beachbody coaches. I think we're saying the same thing. There are Beachbody customers here, I didn't think it was unreasonable to think a few people might have tried it.
-
Thank you.

Totally, and I have posted in those other places as well. It isn't only coaches that have it, though. It's on sale to customers of coaches as well--which further begs the question, what good would this post be doing me saleswise? I'm asking for results. The only people that have the program are, as you say, coaches or…

I do get that, and that's why I said that perhaps my frustration is more with those other 10 coaches then it is with those of you who react negatively toward Beachbody. I'm not naive or blind, I understand that there are a lot of sleazy salespeople associated with this company. However, like you said, I didn't do, nor did…

I understand that, but I'm not here looking for sales. I asked a genuine question about a program I'm interested in. If I wasn't a coach and asked the same question, would that be a violation? Again, yes, I'm a Beachbody coach, I'm not hiding that. No, that does not mean that I'm going to immediately run out and purchase…

Seriously? Did you read my last post? How is asking a question about the results of a program violating TOS?
-
I haven't seen a lot of 3 Day Refresh threads, actually I didn't see any in my brief scroll through the first few pages of this particular forum, so I'm sorry if I contributed to perceived spam but that wasn't my intention.
-
Actually no, most of the people who are listed as my customers have not purchased a single thing from me. One of the girls who I've been talking back and forth with just ordered Insanity from eBay rather than through Beachbody. It's not as if I stopped talking to her or answering her questions at that point. You're right…

I am one of those "coaches," I'm not looking for one. I guess I'm a bit confused as to why we're constantly being attacked for not having qualifications. I've never claimed to be a fitness expert or a nutritionist and I don't attempt to give my customers advice that I'm not qualified to give. I'm here to motivate and…

I'm a huge CLX fan. I didn't think I would be a fan of all the slow lifting but I loved it and loved the results I got.
-
Geez, I don't even know why people bother on this site. Instant negativity.
-
I did upper and sweat today and it was great, but I don't think I would have been satisfied with just doing upper.
-
I heard that the define upper and lower videos are still kind of "introductory" ones… which is a little weird because they're on the schedule for the entire first month I'm pretty sure. Word on the street is the Sweat workout is where it really begins!
-
That sounds like a really interesting hybrid! I've only done the shoulders workout from Body Beast but I enjoyed it.

I really love the Gamma workouts, but by the time I completed alpha and beta, I was kind of bored of T25, to be honest. I followed the gamma schedule for a few weeks and then sort of fell out of the routine because I was just ready for something different. BUT that isn't to say that the workouts aren't great. I still use…

I guess I disagree with you that it already exists, though. If someone was looking for a yoga class or a pilates class, then yes, go take one of those things. This isn't that, though. It's taking elements from them and creating something completely different. I don't think your analogy stands up, really, aside from the…

It was a good "gateway" into fitness for me, but I didn't see huge results. I lost about five pounds. To be fair, I also hadn't really dialed in my nutrition at that point either, so I'm sure I could have gotten better results if I had been better about that. It's a good workout, but I did think it got a little boring…

It is, I'll send you a message :)

PiYo is going to be my next program, and something totally different for me so I'm really looking forward to that.
