You've gotten some great answers, so I won't repeat those. I've seen some long term successful members on here state that when they raised their calorie goal a little, they actually felt more hungry. Also, have you done a diet break?

I worked at Wendys in the 80s and the beef didn't come in frozen. Maybe that's changed, I guess.

Wow, that is very similar. I lost 54 pounds starting in 2012, and gained it back over several years. Started last August at 194. I am now 155, and stuck :). I know exactly why I'm stuck. I've also decided that maybe going slower is the right choice for now ;).

Oh man, I'm suffering from 'good enough' syndrome right now, 10 pound from a healthy bmi.

I think it's great that you recognized the issue and reached out before reacting. To me that's really big. I remember when I had a very frustrating commute to work, followed by rushing to get ready to teach my class. I wanted to eat! But I recognized the trigger. I'm glad it worked out!

Not a bad start! Hope all is well for everyone.

No, I've never seen this.

Hi I'm new to this thread. I love this idea. I've been doing a program, and sice late August I've lost 38 pounds, and am sitting at about 156 lbs. But I've gotten very complacent. So I'm jumping back in with both feet. For Monday 6/11 1. Log my weight in Libra. 2. Day 2 of Beck Diet Solution 3. Read advantages response…

OP, you also said you were more sedentary now than before (if I am remembering correctly). What type of activity we're you doing previously? I've seen a few members post that their weight adjusts down a few (couple) pounds when they take breaks from exercise.

I rarely post in here because I can never tell if a question is serious :). N=1 answer here. I used to take Ibuprofen for period pain. 3 in the morning, and then 2 every 4-6 hours for the first three days. Never stopped or slowed my period. If only...

The only way to really blow it is to give up and quit. If you believe what you are doing isn't working, that is the time to re-evaluate and adjust. Most likely you would be able to lose at 1200 with no exercise at all. You don't need to run. I would do two things. First, I would double check my information in MFP and make…

I've never had tenderloin done right on a rill.

Hey, it's my birthday today as well. Happy birthday. Enjoy your day, knowing you will be back at it tomorrow.

I wonder if that is the case. There is a brand of yogurt advertising that it is made with milk from cows that were not fed GMO. I don't know what their label looks like.

Yep. I had sushi for lunch, so I know what to expect when I weigh tomorrow morning :). It was worth it!

We went to a burger place yesterday where half the burger would definitely have been a meal.

0. Don't see that changing any time soon :).

If they now come with 6 instead of 8, my guess is they made them bigger.

But it isn't about this one walk. If over time you are losing weight, you are not eating enough. I think you know that. Also, I don't know how your watch works. I know with my Fitbit, the calorie adjustment is not just exercise. Your watch may be different.

Unfortunately I can't find a tomato that doesn't suck :(.

He/she who eats the most while still losing weight wins (or something like that). I can't remember who started saying this, but it has been very helpful.

I don't think the question is why do you have to work. The question is why do you feel you need to work out so much.

Why would Under Armor sell a kitchen scale?

Lol. This sounds just like my sister, except she used French dressing. She did put a few pieces of lettuce, but just for show
-
Oh yeah. I will message you tomorrow when I have access to my computer.

Sounds like fun.

I really identify with this one. For the previous two years or so, I managed to just ignore the increasing signs that my weight was a serious problem (BP moving to prehypertensive and then approaching hypertensive, getting winded on stairs or small hills, achilles tendonitis, and a slightly elevated A1C). I started BP…

Sorry to quote myself, but I waited too long to edit. I will add that I have the older Fitbit One, and it doesn't not do heart rate. I actually have no experience with the ones that do HR as well.
