I am doing the same program!! I love it. I missed a week once becasue of vacation, so when I got back I started on the week I ended on just to get back into things!!

I didnt go to the gym this morning so I did not weigh in, but I feel ggood about my self today! one more week to go to loose ten pounds!! Hope everyone is doing good!

I have never like to run, but I started the couch to 5k program and I love it! the next one is couch to 10k for me =)

I have to agree! but I as well have the same problem sometimes If eat at 6:20 and you know you will not have your lunch until 2, you should pack some good snacks in between that. as far as dinner, if I had your schedule I would eat dinner before since your practice is not until 8 and then after your practice eat an apple…
