Dont be afraid =) Most machines have instructions on how to do the corrcect movement for each exercise. just pick a weight that is comfortable to do for reps. Not to hard and not to easy. I agree with the oatmeal pancakes, they are really delish if you dont want to taste the egg whites. I LOVE egg wehites so I dont really have that problem. I find myself eating eggs for breakfast and dinner if I am coming home late, I just mix them with zucchini!

I finally got my "Fran" (21-15-9 of thrusters and pull ups) down to 7 min. I know its not up there compared to most of yall, but my "Fran" used to always be up in the 10-11 min time frame!!

I love going to the gym twice a day as well, if my day allows it! Cardio in the morning, and then weights after work with the big boys!! =)

I am starting to add running into my exercise as well. Lifting and all that comes easy for me, but my stamina is at an all time low. I know I could get thru the WODs alot faster if I had better endurance.

Last night my WOD was "FRAN" 21-15-9 of Thursters and Pulls up UGH I am happy to say that I improved my time from the first time I did it. When I first did fran it took me 14:32! when I moved from Alaska to AZ my skin got so much better! that is interesting to hear that your skin is very dry there. Cetaphil is my new best friend.
