I'm just getting the hang of all the features though I have tried to use it many times before. This time I'm ready to succeed.
I'm sick of being sick and tired all the time. I have a lot of weight to lose but I am committed.

Just take it slow and be persistent! Think on terms of lifestyle change and not a quick fix.
I have never been able to lose all my weight and then maintain. This time I decided to eat normal foods; eating whatever I desired but staying within my deficit every single day. It took me 11 months to lose 60 pounds, so it was a slow steady loss. I truly believe I will be able to keep this off for a lifetime now.
You CAN lose the weight no matter how much - but be patient! You didn't put it on overnight and it won't come off overnight.
Best of luck!0 -
This is great encouragement.0
