I dont know of any good remedies, but to help me from breaking out I use A TON of cetaphil creme all over my body twice a day. I wake up at 430 as well for my morning workouts and I do not eat my breaskfast until I get to work...but I always need something in my tummy before the gym... I do either a teasppon of peanut butter, or string cheese. =)
