I completed W7D1, but instead of a 25min jog, I was able to jog for 28mins albeit at a snail's pace, so yay for me!! When I was done, I almost did my happy dance but I was worried what passer-bys would think! On to crush D2!!

Yeah, that's so true. Completed W5D3 and it was awesome. I thought I wouldnt be able to see it through, but I did and although I was very slow, I'm glad I was able to scale past the mental block.

Completed W5D1 today, and I'll say it wasn't So bad. Although the second 5min jog was a bit tougher than the first and the last, so glad I was able to see it through. Day 3 of this week scares me, but I'll try not to stress over it too much and just see how it goes.

Just completed W4D2 today, but it was pretty hard. I almost quit on the first run, but I was able to see it to the end. I hope it gets easier on D3!

@upsaluki I think I'll just continue with the program since I kinda had a lil bit of difficulty doing the 3:30s at d end. It should give me time to build my endurance too. Thanks alot! :)

I think it you just work the program you'll have a better chance of avoiding injury or quitting. I finished it on my third try and the first two times I pretty much expected too much and tried to run faster than I needed to. Look at it like a long term commitment instead of 8-9 week, and just use this time to adjust to…

Did w2d1 today, although I ran for 3:30s at the end without stopping, so I was wondering- do I need to finish week 2 or could I just move to week 3? Any answers will be really appreciated since I'm quite new to this. Thanks!
