My macros tend to be more like 80/15/5 than 70/25/5, 75/20/5, etc... Eating higher fat keeps me satisfied longer and makes me feel better overall. I think macros are based on the individual--keep trying to find what works for you, and then go for it!

I sleep much better now, but when I used to struggle with shutting my mind off so I could go to sleep, I relied heavily on Celestial Seasoning's Sleepytime EXTRA tea. Now, sometimes when I need to up my fat, I'll have a glass at night and add some heavy whipping cream. It's delicious!

Ugh! Are you in a position where you could pop out to your car and have a snack? It would get you up and moving if you sit at work and still let you have your nutty goodness.
