I'm sorry you feel your family aren't supporting you with those comments but it sounds like you are very hard on yourself and maybe they, in their own strange way, are trying to look out for you. 111lbs is at the very low end of your weight range to be honest and the way you refer to yourself, talking about "perfect…

I'd love to be somewhere near goal by Christmas - if anybody wants to add me please pop a message in too!

Make sure you're getting plenty of Vit B and eating slow-releasing sugars - like wholemeal carbs (i.e. low GI foods). These will keep you rejuvenated and capable of tackling the evening workouts - I'm an evening class girl too (although I'm not using as much energy as you during the day - I'm sat at a desk all day!).

Just because you're using more fat as fuel for your workout doesn't mean you're burning more fat from your body.

my bum! My ex always used to say it was my best feature, and I never believed him. Now I'm back to the weight I was when I met him, and doing a lot more exercise, I see what he was talking about!

1 cup is about 250ml. Aim for 2l a day, more if you exercise- 2.5l isn't excessive.

a low fat yoghurt and an apple, or a nutty muesli with skimmed milk.

I'll trade my large arms (seriously, they're not even that fat, nor are they muscly, they're just... big O_O) for your guts. I have a bit of a belly but you can disguise that with SPANX! I just have to wait it out until my body has to lose fat from my arms!

Hey, I also had a bit of a dodgy weekend (worse than yours by the sounds of it!). Give it 3 days and weigh in again, should give your body time to stabilise.

Losses can be slow depending on how much you have to lose - judging from your profile picture you don't look that much overweight which is possibly why your losses have slowed. Keep at it! As for the working away, just try to make as sensible choices as possible and try to plan as much as you can in advance.

I've always had skimmed milk.

I'm just over 5'0'' and I've lost around 3 dress sizes (from a tight 16 to a 12) with a 9.3kg weight loss (20.5lbs). However, I think how many dress sizes you drop also depends on how much exercise / toning you do too.

My boss often goes on about how much I'm eating. I just try to ignore him, I know he doesn't mean any harm - people are conditioned to think "eat less, lose weight" when really eating large portions once or twice a day is MORE calorific than eating light and often!

The same can happen with sugar / carb withdrawal. Hope you feel better soon and find the root of the problem!

Yeah, a family member of mine died of anorexia (not one I was close to, or even knew very well, mind) so I know how quickly these things can escalate.

In a word, no. It's called baby food for a reason. As an aside, I took a look at your profile, and a goal weight of 110 is very dangerous for your height (5'8'') placing your BMI at 16.4 - at your current weight you are already technically underweight. As you state there that you have suffered with issues in the past I…

Boxercise - high impact aerobics. Pump - as deisha has already said between 250 and 350 depending on what you weigh. Obviously make sure you're using a challenging weight (but not too difficult) so you get a decent heart rate going. At 140lbs I was burning about 260 in a pump class.

Dark Mark !!! That is AWESOME.

Sadly I know an idiot who is just like that. Amusingly, her tattoos are all hideous.

You are inspirational, thank you for sharing and good luck with the rest of your journey.

Oh Holland has definitely got B&J, I'm just not sure about whether they stock the froyo or not :( The UK doesn't have all the flavours the US has either!

I'm a bit boring and my favourite foods are generally not that processed and therefore available globally. However, I'm emigrating to the Netherlands in a few months and will mourn the fact that I can't ever indulge in my beloved Battenberg cake over there! (Not that I'm really indulging in it over here at the moment!).…

I get the odd zit on my back since working out - what I do is use a tea tree body wash (from the body shop) and if I have a bath (which I do regularly to alleviate muscles after a tough workout), I pop 2-3 drops of undiluted tea tree oil into the bath along with my muscle soak.

I could be wrong, but as far as I interpreted it testosterone only increase the ability to gain muscle mass (which can in turn increase BMR). If elevated testosterone directly caused weight loss, then women with elevated testosterone would find it easier to shed weight - PCOS is a condition where you can have excess…
