On weekdays 4:45. I have a cup of coffee and feed the dog and like to hit the basement by 5:30. On weekends I get up whenever and have 2 cups of coffee and feed the dog before I hit the basement.

I like to alternate Burn Fat Boost Metabolism and No More Trouble Zones. Lately I have been alternating Hard Body 1 and 2 then on Saturday I do Extreme Shed and Shred 1 and 2 together. They work for me!

I just tried the chocolate brownie and chocolate peanut butter this week. I thought they were good but I wish they were a little lower in sodium.

I like Hard Body by Jillian Michaels. The DJ is pretty cheesy but the workout is very challenging.

I had a good experience with 30 day Shred but I worked at my own pace. For instance, the first week I only did workout 1 two times. Then the second week 3 times, the 3rd week 4 times. I never at any point did it for 30 days in a row. Once I "mastered" a workout I would move up to the next one. If it took me two or three…

I worked out the day after getting a tattoo on my right shoulder blade. I just made sure nothing was rubbing on it ( no shirt just a sports bra that didn't touch it) and cleaned it with antibiotic soap after. Everything turned out fine.
