I am trying to get up early and work out too. This morning I hit snooze almost too much. I did wake up and I did my workout, but I'm still feeling guilty because I didn't jump up and get it done with time to spare. Oh well. There's always tomorrow. Maybe I'll buy a proper alarm clock, instead of using my phone.

Me too. I binged, but I think my idea of a binge has changed. Because I seriously think that my "binge" now has way less calories than my binges before I began logging on MFP. Just because mostly I only have healthy, low calorie foods in the house to binge on. Anyway, today's a new day!

Yay for pants! None of my jeans fit me anymore and I've been wearing my gym clothes 24/7 on the weekends because I still have so much to lose, I don't want to buy new pants. But it's getting ridiculous. I get paid on Friday, so I'm going to buy one pair of cheap jeans this weekend. NSV!

I used to do sneaky desk exercises like iso abs crunches and leg raises under the desk. Push down on the desk as hard as you can for 10 seconds, then push up on the desk as hard as you can for 10 seconds. You can find lots of ideas if you google "sneaky desk exercises." It's hard to do that and work at the same time tho.

My son is overweight, but I waited until he complained about it. Then we both went to his doctor together, and are making healthy changes. Now we are both losing weight together. I think a lot of people use a heart rate monitor and manually enter the calories burned. There was a thread about calories burned during the 30DS. And I think Tae Bo is an option.

I was just sick for 2 days, and try though I might, I couldn't stick to my diet, and ate too much. I was expecting to see a gain in the scale, but I totally didn't gain any weight. I'm feeling better today, so hope to get right back on the horse and keep losing. Weird.
