Playing a game with my daughter - laughing hysterically over her answer of "Nails." in response to "What do you drive?"

My Dh gave me mine for X-mas - otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. I really like it though. It seems very accurate for me, syncs quickly and easily, and tracks my sleep. It IS a glorified pedometer but you can wear it in the shower and it's very easy to forget. Edit to add: Some people use it as their silent alarm, though…

Ex-WoW player here. Still have friends that I met playing. I play on PC - Borderlands, Bioshock, Diablo, a billion Steam games lol I love my console games also though! No platform bigotry in my house. Love me some Fallout, Skyrim, Dragons Age, Fable. Also classics like Zelda and Harvest Moon. ;) Any gamers feel free to add…

I got my DH AND my DS to walk with me today - and it didn't start raining until we were almost home!

This race is a blast with other people! Get your hubby to do it and maybe some friends. Or co-workers. or random strangers! lol Though by the end everyone is your friend and you just party. I loved doing Warrior Dash - it was my first mud run. I was NOT in shape but still managed to do it. I will echo what others have said…

I have a large frame - at my smallest my jeans size was a 12. Maybe because I will always have a booty. :)

My food is all Bistro MD so it's no fun to look at. But I LOVE some good food porn! Thanks everyone! :)

That's what this is all about! Good for you for listening to your body. Day 6 done. lol One day behind still!
-
Made me LOL!! :) I'm 36 and I feel younger now than I did at 26!

I just finished Day 5. I'm only a day behind now! :) I break up the sit-ups and start & finish with them. I love the plank but my cat thinks it's play time and I'm a fun bridge-thingy.

Had the flu and missed the first 2 days - Day 1 done now though. I'll try to catch up somehow. My abs already hurt from getting sick. :P

Well I had the flu for the past 2+ days, so I didn't start. Now I'm really torn. Should I start at day 1 and be 2 days behind? Or start with Day 3??

I can't stand people watching my workout if they aren't working out too. My family knows if the living room is currently a gym - don't go in unless you want to join in. :)

I also take on too much a time. My goal for January is only this! Added into my other changes of course. :) I'm having to make myself not start early!

I'm in! I want some sort of abs when all the fat melts off. ;) Other than yoga classes, I tend to focus on cardio too, so this is a great little challenge for the new year. I'm Diana. I'm 36, CW 230.5, GW 162. Long way to go but I've started the journey!

Mine is from my anniversary this November. I was so happy and we had such a good time - then I looked at the pics and it didn't match what i saw in my brain. So that's my starting pic. My goal for next anniversary (my 10th!!) is pictures I am proud of.

I too have a completely different picture in my head than reality. My goal is to get them to meet. :) Good for you for not waiting another day or for some special date!!

I'm 5'8" and aiming for 162 - 169. I have a large frame and used to have lots of muscle. Last time I was under 162, I was too skinny. I lost my butt and my curves and I don't want to do that again. I also would like more muscle this time so I don't really know where I will be at.

This! And what other's have said. Genetics and age definitely have a lot to do with it. There is nothing wrong with rubbing cocoa butter - or vitamin E or a product marketed for it - on your skin everyday. If nothing else you get soft skin and a mini massage! I've also heard great things about dry brushing your skin, with…

Awesome job!! And awesome attitude!! Go go go! :)

I love that I'm an hourglass figure - no matter what weight. I love my bum and boobs. I love my green eyes. I love how strong I am. I also love how flexible I am. Thank you for this thread! :)

I have a list of NS Goals I'd like to reach, for exactly this reason. I started at 235lbs and a size 16 pant - at goal I'll be 162 and a size 12 pant. I don't change that much. But I do get a heck of a lot more muscles than I have now!

Hey Clara! I'm also new to MFP and I live in Washington too! I'd love a friend on here who knows what's it like to live in this lovely state! Add me if you'd like. :)
