I love Sun Warrior/ Warrior blend in chocolate. I like it over whey protein but totally a personal choice. I make it with unsweetened almond milk and then sometimes I add any of the following half banana, almond butter, unsweetened cocoa, spinach.

My TJ go to list: almond butter, frozen cauliflower "rice", frozen shrimp, hemp hearts, any of the unsalted raw nuts, uncured bacon, frozen turkey burgers, dark chocolate, lentil chips, canned tuna, half popped popcorn, tomatillo salsa, bags of avocados. Personally I think their produce is the worst with the exception of a…

I love my grapefruit spoon! I only eat them occasionally but the spoon just makes it feel so much fancier. Also reminds me of my grandmother

I LOVE my Fabletics pants- they have held up after so many washes and in the dryer. I think the sports bras are lousy and the sizing on the shirts off. So it's a mixed bag. I just set myself a calendar reminder to cancel and never have any problems being late to skipping so I've been never been charged when I don't feel…

Our instructors always say green is the fat burning zone and if you look at your results they should be more in pyramid shape with green being the highest. Your estimated calorie burn is also related to your current height/weight - at 5ft tall I max out 550-600ish for the toughest classes (to me) and I can't compare my…

If I am totally craving a treat I mix in handful of carob (or chocolate) chips, splash of vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract) and make sure it's really cold.

chia pudding!! i use this recipe & modify the seasoning. it's like rice pudding texture so it's gloppy but oh so good. sometimes i mix raisins or even some chocolate chips to kill my sweet cravings. http://www.marcussamuelsson.com/recipe/chia-seed-pudding-recipe

cheez-its are the DEVIL! love love so much. when i do splurge and get them i just make little baggies with the right portion size this way i'm not sitting there with the whole box.

-

-
great job to everyone! i love this thread but totally forgot to check in, still at 133.4. my boot camp instructor told me to get over the number and not to let discourage me (aiming for 10-12 more lbs down) i KNOW this but it was good to hear it from someone else. f the scale!
-
opps forgot to check in yesterday. scale is not moving, holding steady at 133.4. guess this isn't a good timing for this group for me
-
no loss for me, still at 133.4. going to step up my workouts to 120min at least 4-5wk.
-
i'm on board to join too! i didn't see my name on the chart, i sent you a message. i see you are still adding people. thanks for organizing! 5 ft @ 133.4 i'm 32... people constantly think i'm about 22-25, which frankly i don't mind! melissa aka sillyme78

i identify big time with this thread! i'm 5 ft and currently 133 (started at 147) and it is now going sooo slowly. i want to go down another 10 lbs but man is it getting harder. the "healthy" weight range is 102-128 and that frustrates me b/c i'm close but yet so far... argh i'm bumming myself out!
-
great job grrls! love what i'm seeing. such great support & kudos to rach as always for taking the time to do all this!
-
17 lbs is a great accomplishment so far! congratulations! you are right-- every single medication has different side effects and the degree can really vary. from personal experience i've been taking the pill form of birth control for 11 years and have not had weight gain be one of them. i've even taken different brands…

down to 133.4! i think i've kicked my slump. my boot camp instructor recommended this breakfast and i think it's helped. i've been eating it for a week straight: 1/2 cup quick oats 1/2 cup almond milk 1/2 cup fresh blueberries cinnamon
-
i switched over to almond butters. i love maple almond butter from justins. it comes in an individual packet so you can't eat the whole jar. i usually buy it from amazon b/c i can't find it in any of my local stores. amazon's prices are decent too. http://www.justinsnutbutter.com/

-
i'm excited for this! i can't believe all the work you put into it rach-- so awesome. the next 10 weeks lead up to my big goal-- being a bridesmaid in front of 350 people! ack! (in a dress i don't like of course) i'd like to be down another 10-15 lbs. i start my next round of boot camp on june 1 and am thinking of doing…

as a sweet treat i mix in vanilla bean paste & about a teaspoon of mini chocolate chips. hits the spot if you need to fulfill your sweet tooth.
-
congrats! those are great results! i just finished week 1 of boot camp. our is only 4 weeks, but it's 3 x wk @ 6am. i don't classify myself as a morning person either but i have to say getting up at 5 isn't so bad. i love the obstacle courses, seeing the sunrise, and it helps that the instructor is less about yelling and…
