Nice to know we are not alone on this journey. It's a tough battle, but we will get there if we allow ourselves to. I was contemplating WW or MFP. So glad I chose MFP.

I am looking at it as it is no longer an option. It must be done. I don't want to die at a young age. I want to have quality of life.
