I was camping all weekend, the food part wasn't too bad for me cause with all the sun I find it hard to eat a lot... but all the beer and mixed drinks is where I failed. Would not take it back though, best weekend I've had all summer by far.

I am currently doing the shred for the first time and my plan is to spend 10 days on level 1, 10 days on level 2, and 10 days on level 3. I haven't bought the weights for it yet. Does anyone have a suggestion on a good weight size to start out with? I do push up's everyday and like to think I have decent upper body strength. Maybe 5lbs?

Check out www.jog.fm It's a site where you can put in the running pace you would like to run and then it will give you a bunch of good songs that will keep you running that pace. It's also a good site to look for new upbeat songs. Hope that helps!

For me personally I love any songs by the band Shinedown. They are upbeat, rock, and keep me going. My other favorite song is "One More Round" by Barlowgirl it's just one I sing in my head to give me motivation when I don't want to go any further. Also any hip/hop songs with a fast beat keep my feet moving
