Search you tube videos first and try out different ones until the find the ones that you enjoy or that motivate you, or maybe videos that do not annoy you ( some walk at home and other work out type DVD's are almost irritating to me as the people on them do not seem real.)

I work 10 hours a day on the phones and computer sitting at a desk, but in my environment I can walk around for a few minutes here and there. Sometimes I walk in place ( like Leslie Sansone) right at my desk so that I can still see the computer. I am not sure this counts for anything but it makes a difference on my Garmin…

Jimmy Dean makes a lot of great flavor turkey sausage products, I pair those with egg whites sometimes with onions or mushrooms or a little cheddar. Very tasty and low carb.

For breakfast you can have egg whites with 3 links of Jimmy Dean turkey sausage. All types of salads for lunch or dinner, steamed green veggies like brussel sprouts, broccoli, whole green beans, baked tilapia. sugar free jello, cucumbers, celery and cherry tomatoes make great snacks.

I learned this from Bobby Flay with Tilapia , I use a glass corning ware baking dish with a glass lid.
