once when I went running I suddenly became sick. I almost throw up and had to stop after about 10 minutes.... I was excited and exhausted that day. It didn´t happen again. So don´t worry too much for now :-) :flowerforyou:

Well I´m not a builder but I try to do sports every day... I don´t eat super healthy either... All I do is to try to stay under my calorie limit but eat more than 1200kcal.
