I realize you posted this a LONG time ago, but I'm dealing with the same thing. I just did a search for the problem, and your post showed up. What was the resolution?

Way to go!!

Hello All! I still pop my head in here from time to time to read through the thread. I love hearing how it helps people. I just wanted to say I'm one of them! I've been back on MFP for the last 5 months trying to get rid of covid weight. I first started going through posts about 3 years ago. I felt hope and motivation in…

I haven't posted in here for quite a while. I reached my goal weight a little under 2 years ago but I'm back after putting the majority of it back on. I went a bit overboard in baking for stress relief! I started actively trying to eat better in November and I've dropped about 13 lbs. But I'm with the rest of you, it is so…

Hello all, just thought I'd pop in again. I just came back to MFP after gaining some covid weight. It seems I've been finding comfort in food and it's time I get a handle on it. I wanted to thank all of you SO much for being at the start of my journey almost 2 years ago. Today, I am just one week shy of 1 year and 10…

Hello Friends and welcome to all of the newcomers on this journey. @JenT304 I have appreciated your articles and videos. So many of you have jumped through major hurdles and should be so proud! I thought I'd throw out an experience of my own. As all of you know, yesterday was Mother's Day. - For the last 21 years, it's…

I really appreciate all the comments here. I've been in quiet mode but still reading. Lots of things swirling through my head, but I have not picked up the bottle. I'll be headed out for a long weekend vacation. I hope to have some wifi so I can check in, but I have no idea what to expect. I'll be back Monday. 106 days AF.…

Yikes, my "notification" button says I've missed 129 posts. I've been reading through and I'm so proud and inspired. I can also relate to the many triggers out there. Easter and holidays can be tricky. @VeggieGirlforLife I understand how difficult family gatherings can be. We went to my husband's ex-wife's for…

@whitpauly @Beka3695 I COMPLETELY understand what you're feeling! I will be hitting 3 months AF in 4 days (April 16). I've written about the exact same things. I felt depressed, irritable, lazy and foggy. I had dishes stacking up and I had no motivation to do my regular day to day chores, let alone work. I don't think…

Wow! Lots of posts I've missed but I've been going through them and posting my "likes" and "hugs". Its great to hear so many of you grabbing the bull by the horns and taking him down! Life and work have been hectic lately but it's a good thang! I realized this morning that I missed posting my 12 week anniversary date.…

My heart has been going out to all of you as I've read your words, experiences, pains and triumphs! You are all to be commended as you continue on with this fight. I wanted to share a "moment" I had. On Saturday, my heart was breaking. I felt all kinds of emotions that I didn't want to feel. I imagine you all know what I'm…

And trying to stay within the same fun spirit as earlier posts concerning AF I'm 10 Amazing AF weeks today!!
-
@Beka3695 Yeah, you got hit by brain fog. It happens in the beginning. I would walk into a room and forget what I went in for. I'd walk back to where I was before and suddenly remember...so I'd go back into the room and forget again! It's temporary but be kind to yourself and know this will pass. And yes, I would get…

@Ed_Zilla Way to go!! That was one well deserved Nestle Crunch!!
-
@Ke22yB Thank you! Your words and experiences are inspiring. Congratulations on so many goals met. You made my day brighter. :)

@Yellowstone1983 Way to go on another Saturday night AF!! I understand your struggle and you are not alone. I believe it ebbs and flows. Just a week ago I was pleased with how easy it all seemed. And then it wasn't. But it's temporary. It's how we handle the urges during those times...and you did a great job tonight. It…

PS - 9 weeks and 3 days AF today!

Good afternoon friends! MFP was messing up for me the last couple of days and the little "reply" box wasn't there. Seems to be good today. I feel like I've been struggling lately. It didn't help that one of my husband's friends brought some wine and uncorked it at the house. But I stayed the course. I've felt irritable and…

@crmnmobley Good luck with your journey to wedding day!! @RubyRed427 You rock! Way to go with those excellent choices! There have been many messages and it's hard to respond to everything I want to, but I appreciate everyone's words. You all help me with the daily grind. I also struggled this weekend. Things are getting…

LOL...I didn't realize the B word would auto-correct to "kitten". Maybe I'll just stick to, "Bye Feclicia..."

@kevinrfletcher I like your chat with the bottle! I'm 8 weeks AF today, but I still have a 1.75L of Skyy vodka in the spare bedroom closet. I think my bottle is a girl though. She's the "secret" bottle I used to top off the regular bottle that my husband could see. I don't miss all the work that involved. I think it's time…

And today is 110! Way to go! 7 weeks AF here and looking forward to more. This group has helped me a lot even though I didn't post until recently. But I sure did read a lot. Very welcoming group!

Veggiegirl...thanks for the suggestions. I have plans to make a small herb garden when it warms up. And I like the idea of experimenting with vinegars and spice. It's amazing how much sodium is in our regular food!

New goal...I'm in!
-
And thank you Ed_Zilla. I totally relate. I'm not sure that I ever had a bedtime. I just knew I'd eventually get there. I like the idea of being able to talk about it here, because I don't talk about it anywhere else. I appreciate the welcome.

Thank you JenT. My husband is recovering and doing very well. He had a stint put in and will start rehab soon. He was out of the hospital within 48 hours. We have started a heart healthy diet and we're finding that we really miss the salt and some flavor. I'm still looking for those "magic" recipes that taste delicious! As…

I think I found the right privacy setting to keep this from showing up on my profile page. Any privacy tips are welcome. I have been watching this thread off and on for numerous months. I've watched several videos that were posted and cried because I knew that was me. My drinking was out of control and I don't think anyone…

I'm with y'all! I stopped logging May of 2017. All of my weight went back on after a 30 lb weight loss. This hormonal roller coaster is difficult to deal with...but I'm back to get it off and be accountable.
-
Hey there, I stopped logging on MFP around May of last year. I am back again to start over. Support is always appreciated and reciprocated!
-
I've been doing the same thing. I stopped logging over a year ago and put my weight back on...and then some. I just got back on to MFP with a new set of goals. I tend to yo yo and I doubt that's good for my health. Good luck on this journey. You are not alone!
