  • i have had 3 c-sections and i don't really have a issue with fat. my abs are separated, i have stretched out skin, plus i have a hernia. that could be your issue. talk to a plastic surgeon. they seem to be more informed on those matters than a GP. my diastasis causes a big bulge in my upper ab region.
